I mean, I don’t think I really need to list the reasons, they are endless. But it has to be said that women are catastrophically more productive and get better results than their male counterparts in the workplace. Women are also starting more businesses than men, and running more households than men. I’m not male bashing, this is just the facts of life.

Women in general are better at solving problems, working under pressure, and multi-tasking.

Once A Woman has a goal set, consider it done.

I think women have a more efficient work ethic because we also have more on the line than men do. Ultimately, we have more to lose. Women have always had to work harder and prove themselves more in the workplace, which is now a generational “curse” among our gender. We are better at work because we have to be:

  • If we lose our job, it’s so much harder for us to get hired again than it is for men (I’ve seen this play out in my own life).

  • If we take a pay cut, it’s a hassle for us to get a 2nd job or start a side hustle due to our home life.

  • If we need to increase our income and change jobs or try to get a promotion, we are less likely to get either due to being a woman.

So naturally, we are more efficient, effective, and resourceful in the workplace because we have been built and conditioned to be this way.

And now, let’s talk about a mother’s work ethic!

Being a woman is a superpower in itself, but add motherhood to that and you are working with a true boss. A mom with a plan is nothing to mess with. You’re talking about a woman who gave birth and is raising kids while also having to take care of her household and have a career. And she does all this with style and grace. Oh yes, you want a mother on your team. I said I wasn’t going to give a list, but whatever, here it is:

Top reasons why Moms are the best Remote Workers -

  • The Master Multi-Tasker (not recommended but at times it must be done)

  • Knows how to be proactive vs reactive

  • Can keep up with managing several projects at one time

  • Has a sales superpower; great at talking to and persuading people

  • The most organized person you know

  • Has a Can-Do attitude

  • Can learn new systems and processes at the blink of an eye

  • Budgets like her life is depending on it

  • Understands having a sense of urgency in completing tasks

  • Knows how to handle and adapt to challenging situations and personalities

  • Does not break under pressure

And the list could go on!

As a mother, working remotely is also beneficial for you:

Here’s how:

  • You are able to manage your time in a way that does not cause hardship for your family

  • You can come to work with a great attitude due to not having to deal with a stressful commute

  • You will not have to choose between a job and motherhood, you can now have both

  • You can be present for your family in the evenings due to being home when the kids and spouse arrive

  • You can work from home or from anywhere, no more stress about travel; work can go with you

Working from home takes so much stress and strain off of a mother’s plate, it’s insane! And the results are beautiful.
